Job Title:          UI Developer

Department:     Information Technology                                  

Reports to:       CIO     

Location:         Nashville, TN   

Position Summary:  We are looking for a talented UI Developer to create intuitive and well-designed user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate and develop high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into functional user interfaces. 


  • Create mockups, wireframes, and layouts that promote ease of use and optimize how clients interact with all applications
  • Able to work with core front end and middleware technologies, including HTML5/CSS3
  • Prepare prototypes for the new product applications and features
  • Review user feedback and iterate until the product meets standards
  • Understand HTML5/CSS, javascript (Frameworks and Libraries) with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies
  • Strong experience with UX design
  • Able to maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Think creatively and justify concepts


  • 3+ years of professional experience in user interface development
  • Portfolio that demonstrates previous works-samples
  • Strong background in UX/UI design, methodologies and development
  • Experienced in web-based technologies, including HTML5 code, CSS layout, JavaScript
  • Knowledge in programming and working with APIs and Restful Web Services
  • Must be able to deliver high quality work across multiple projects consistently on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for all levels of the organization required.

Job Title:    Administrator, Content Registration

Department:    Royalty Distribution and Research Services

Reports To:    Manager, Content Registration

Location:    Nashville, TN

Position Summary:  To register content and maintain the SESAC works portfolio.


  • Register works registrations via online submission, Common Works Registration, and cue sheets
  • Assist in providing customer service and problem resolution to affiliates regarding the works registration process
  • Assist in the ingestion of audio and other related content
  • Review work registrations to ensure basic rights data is received and pre-validated for distribution
  • Use Tunesat and/or other tracking technologies to identify and qualify library and popular repertoire for registration
  • Perform maintenance on the SESAC repertoire as necessary
  • Process catalog transfers


  • Knowledge of copyright and music publishing
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Good math, analytic, and organizational skills
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Strong customer service skills

Beneficial Skills and Experiences:

  • Proficiency in AS400 Query and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
  • Competency in Oracle EBS and related systems
  • Familiarity with the SESAC repertoire
  • Knowledge of SESAC affiliate roster and repertory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or similar relational database applications
