Job Title:   Customer Service Representative

Department:   Licensing Administration

Reports to:   Senior Manager, Licensing Administration

Location:   Nashville, TN

Position Overview: Deliver excellent customer service by quickly and accurately providing resolutions to customer questions, inquiries and/or complaints.


  • Provide customer service functions including reviewing and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence while seeking direction from management when necessary
  • Assist Licensing, Account Resolutions, and Licensing Administration personnel as necessary in matters regarding customer service, including account maintenance, invoice preparation, cash transactions, etc.
  • Process credit card payments received by phone
  • Discuss terms and conditions of the SESAC License with licensees and prospective licensees
  • Assist with projects and work overflow as assigned

Job Title:     Senior Oracle Developer

Department:    Information Technology

Reports to:    CIO

Job Location:    Nashville

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess in-depth functional Skills in Oracle e-Business Suite General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Service Contracts, and Telesales modules. This candidate will have enough technical expertise to thoroughly research and resolve issues (developing queries and utilizing TOAD or other query tools) with minimal guidance from the technical staff and understand and represent the complexities and interdependencies of the Oracle business processes across modules. Experience with troubleshooting and production support within e-Business Modules as well as with interfaces with other systems and customizations is a must.


  • Help streamline and re-engineer new processes.
  • Work as a team member to guide users in gathering requirements, designing and implementing new solutions.
  • Provide production support to the business users.
  • Provide financial ad-hoc reports to the various business groups.
  • Support month-end close activities.
  • Work with end users to capture and document business requirements.
  • Work with end users to perform unit, system, and regression testing.
  • Develop documentation to detail the logic and testing processes.

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting various modules of the e-Business Suite.
    • R12 Preferred
  • Experience with the following modules preferred:
    • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Service Contracts, Telesales
  • Experience with the following reporting tools:
    • APEX, SQL, XML Publisher, Discoverer and OBIEE
  • Ability to read and understand PL/SQL
  • Ability to work with Oracle Support (i.e. open and manage SRs).
  • Ability to create, maintain, and execute test plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with the interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and co-workers.
  • Strong functional understanding of Financial processes.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • College degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).

  • Superior communication skills that allow you to confidently and appropriately answer incoming call, emails, standard correspondence and other communication.
  • A keen attention to detail in compiling expense report, processing department budget requirements/check requests, and maintaining executive files.

Position Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with SESAC affiliates and the general public.
  • Thoroughness and flexibility.
  • Highly organized, administrative minded and an ability to multi-task while simultaneously maintaining attention to details and ensuring accuracy of work.
  • Independent judgment to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Must be an expert Word, Excel, and PowerPoint user; Prezi is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
